'Green Belt Properties' is my first look at nature in London, Exploring my local common I began compiling my thoughts on rewilding, conservation, contemporary notions of value, community action, art and illustration. This project is my response, exploring house building in Green Belt land through my local community. Confronting locals initially with an installation in the woods, I wanted to start conversations on what this place meant for them.

 

Bringing this work into the gallery, I used drawing as a tool to translate the depth and beauty of a woodland to an audience who could not experience the space.
